RESTRICTIONS

• Transport passengers under 20 years of age, for the first 12 months unless accompanied by an adult 25 years or older with a valid California Driver's License.
• Cannot drive between 11PM and 5AM for the first 12 months unless accompanied by an adult 25 years or older with a valid California Driver's License.
